You can choose shipping to Romania, Czech Republic, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Spain through datron.club. For countries not included in this list please send an email to customercare@datrongmbh.eu requiring a quotation for a customized delivery. Standard delivery on grounf floor with phone call for delivery in 7-10 working days from receipt of payment (if the item is in stock).
Shipping costs: from €49.90 depending on the weight of the product.
Free shipping is included up to 55Kg.

HOW DATRON DELIVERIES WORK
Once we receive the payment, we ship each order. We rely on an external shipping company that delivers within Europe and also outside Europe. The delivery company will contact the customer by phone to schedule the delivery at the best time for him/her.

UPON DELIVERY
Please check very carefully that the package is not damaged when you receive it. If the outside of the package is damaged, please reject the goods, take photos and and send an email with photos to customercare@datrongmbh.eu.
All goods are accompagnied by an invoice; in case of missing of the invoice and / or transport documents of the forwarder they may be requested by e-mail at customercare@datrongmbh.eu

ORDERS ON RESERVATION
We confirm that the products in reservation will be dispatched within the terms indicated in the data sheet of each product, except for reasons of force majeure. Delays will be communicated by email.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Insurance costs must be added to the shipping costs. The insurance includes protection against any damage during transport from the delivery company. Otherwise we are NOT responsible for any damage to the wine cooler.
