RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In particular, the consumer can withdrawn from any contract concluded with DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H., without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal shall be recognized by the consumer in respect of any goods purchased by him on the website www.vini-italy.net.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case of imperfections or manufacturing defects of the delivered product, it is necessary to communicate the defect within 3 days of delivery, by email to customercare@datrongmbh.eu, attaching photographic documentation.

MODALITIES FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal shall be exercised by sending, within the above terms, a written communication to DATRON HANDELSGES MBH either to the email address customercare@datrongmbh.eu or by post mail to Bahnhofstrasse 8A 9500 Villach Austria by registered letter with acknowledegment of receipt.

When the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods to DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H. is at the Customer’s charge. If Customer’s right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the terms of this clause, DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H. will proceed with the refund of the payment amount of the delivered product (shipping costs are excluded) within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the goods at DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H. or its distribution company. This transaction is done through the credit card used for payment or the amount is refunded to the bank account indicated by the Customer.

DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H. has the right to reject any product returned in a different way from the conditions specified above, as well as products for which the Customer has not fully paid the total amount, or has not respected the methods and times indicated in the right of withdrawal/return policy. 

In the event that the Customer has not retained the original packaging of the product or shipped without original packaging or decides to deliver it by means of another forwarder not assigned by DATRON HANDELSGES MBH the delivery costs will be at the Customer’s charge, in this case, Datron Handelsges.m.b.h will not be responsible for any damage during transport, and upon arrival at our warehouses, the damage will be rejected to the sender.

Note: For hygienic reasons the Datron wine coolers are sealed and can not be returned if they have been used
or switched on.
